Beginners start at Level 1–2 and build gradually

Start with clean, dry skin. Remove all metal jewelry; earrings and necklaces must be off before use.

Apply a generous layer of the OVACO Timeslip Watermax Gel (or equivalent ultrasound-compatible gel) across the entire face and neck. The gel is essential — it allows the ultrasonic waves to penetrate evenly and protects the skin during treatment. Do not substitute with creams or gel-pack masks, which block energy transmission.

Power on the VividLift. Select SONO Combo Mode at Energy Level 3–5. This mode runs both the 3 MHz (deep, 10mm) and 10 MHz (surface, 3mm) frequencies simultaneously, which is the recommended daily setting for lymphatic circulation and full skin regeneration.

Before treating the face, prime the drainage system by treating the three key lymph node points in sequence. Hold the device and gently circle over each point for approximately 30 seconds.

• Node 1 (Terminus) — base of neck

• Node 2 (Profundus) — mid-neck

• Node 3 (Parotitis) — ear/jaw junction

Then sweep back in reverse — 3 → 2 → 1 — to open the drainage pathway and prepare the system to receive fluid from the face.

Starting at the chin, glide the device slowly upward and outward — across the cheeks, around the eye area, and across the forehead. Use smooth, continuous movements without lifting the device from the skin. This phase should take approximately 6 minutes. Reapply gel as needed to maintain full contact.

Shift to outward sweeping strokes from the center of the face toward Nodes 3 and 2 at the ear/jaw junction. This redirects accumulated fluid toward the drainage points you activated in Step 4. Continue for approximately 1 minute.

Complete the ritual with a final sweep along the jaw and down the neck in sequence — Node 3 → 2 → 1 — for approximately 1 minute. This closes the drainage cycle, moving released fluid down and away from the face for a visibly depuffed, sculpted result.

Gently remove any remaining gel with a soft cloth. Follow immediately with your serum or ampoule while skin is primed for absorption.
