SONO Prep — 5 Minutes First

Before using the HIFU cartridge, run Sequence 1 (Lymph Drainage & Glow) for exactly 5 minutes. This warms the SMAS tissue, opens lymphatic pathways, and dramatically amplifies HIFU penetration and results.

Do not skip this step. Cold tissue does not respond as effectively to HIFU energy.

Switch to HIFU Cartridge

Swap the SONO cartridge for the HIFU cartridge. Reapply conductor gel if needed across the full face. Select Dual Mode (3.0mm + 4.5mm simultaneously).

Energy Level: 1–2 for new users. Build to Level 4–5 over 6–8 sessions. Never jump energy levels within a single session.

Divide Face in Two

Treat the left half of the face completely before moving to the right. This is critical — it prevents the conductor gel from drying mid-session, which causes discomfort and reduces energy penetration.

Work With Lifting Motions

All strokes move upward and outward. Two methods:

• Circular method (beginners): overlapping circles, moving upward

• Linear method (experienced): straight upward strokes with consistent pressure

Keep the device moving at all times — the gyro sensor pauses output after 3 seconds of stillness.

Cover All Zones Per Side

Work through each zone in sequence, spending proportional time in each:

• Jawline & chin

• Lower cheeks

• Mid-cheek

• Upper cheek

• Forehead

Target approximately 1,500 shots per side, 3,000 shots total for the full session.

Post-Treatment

Remove gel. Apply EGF or peptide serum immediately while skin is in an active repair state.

Follow with SPF if treating in the morning. Mild flushing and warmth are normal and resolve within 60 minutes.

Do not perform facial massage or manipulation for 24 hours post-treatment.
