⚠️ Safety — Read Before Treating

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTE: Never treat the front center of the neck over the thyroid gland. This protocol is strictly limited to the underside of the chin and lateral neck only.

If you are unsure whether you are treating the correct zone, do not treat that area.

Position & SONO Prep

Tilt your head back slightly to expose the submental zone and apply gel generously — it thins quickly in this area.

Run SONO Combo Mode for 5 minutes, with full lymph activation plus extra time on the under-chin and upper neck.

HIFU 4.5mm — Level 1–2 Only

Under-chin skin is thinner and sits over more sensitive anatomical structures. Always begin one energy level lower than your current face protocol, even if you are an experienced user.

Start at Level 1 for your first 4 sessions.

Zone A — Center Underside

Slow circular passes directly under the chin. Keep the device angled toward the chin bone, not toward the throat.

Never angle the device toward the throat or front of the neck. 60–90 seconds in this zone.

Zones B & C — Lateral Submental

From center outward toward each side of the jaw angle, and into the lateral neck. Upward-angled strokes.

60–90 seconds per side. Mirror exactly on both sides.

Upper Lateral Neck

Sides of neck only — never the front center. Slow, upward strokes from the collarbone toward the jaw angle. Approximately 60 seconds per side.

Dual Mode + Extended Drainage

One full Dual Mode pass over the entire submental zone to seal the session.

Then sweep Node 3 → 2 → 1, continuing toward the collarbone. Hold the device over Node 1 (terminus, base of neck) for 30–45 seconds to fully close the drainage cycle.
