Sequence 7: Mid-Face Lifting
Sequence 7: Mid-Face Lifting
SONO Cartridge
HIFU Cartridge
Cartridge: HIFU
Dual Mode throughout (3.0mm + 4.5mm simultaneously)
Energy Level: 3–5. The mid-face responds strongly to HIFU — this is an experienced-user protocol.
SONO Prep — 5 Minutes First
Run Sequence 1 (Lymph Drainage) for 5 minutes, with extra time on Node 3 (45–60 seconds). Node 3 at the ear/jaw junction is the primary drainage exit for mid-face tissue.
Slow upward circular passes from the nasolabial fold outward toward the ear during prep to warm the malar fat pad.
HIFU Dual Mode — Level 3–5
Swap to HIFU cartridge. Select Dual Mode (3.0mm + 4.5mm simultaneously) for the entire session.
The SMAS layer in the mid-face holds the cheek fat pad in anatomical position. Stimulating it at 4.5mm depth drives the actual structural cheek lift.
Nasolabial Fold Zone
Treat the tissue directly above and lateral to the fold — not the fold itself.
Circular passes along the inner edge, then sweep outward toward the ear. 2 minutes per side.
Cheek Body — Upward Diagonal Strokes
Starting at the lower cheek just above the jowl line, use firm upward-diagonal strokes angled toward the cheekbone. Overlapping passes, working progressively upward.
2–3 minutes per side.
Malar / Cheekbone Region
Slow circular passes over the cheekbone prominence. Use slightly lighter pressure here — tissue is thinner over bone.
60–90 seconds per side.
Blend Into Temples
Light upward strokes extending from the cheekbone into the temple area. Approximately 60 seconds total.
Final Drainage
Sweep outward from the nasolabial fold area toward Node 3, then Node 3 → 2 → 1.
Apply hyaluronic acid serum immediately post-treatment.
What to expect:
Clinical data shows approximately 2.47mm malar lift and 3.38mm posterior cheek lift with consistent HIFU use in the mid-face area. Results compound over 6–8 sessions as collagen remodeling continues.
